Job Description

Specialist Engineer — Subsea Systems Project Management

• Prepare, monitor and review project plans, schedules, progress curves (physical and financial) and rundowns. • Perform risk analyses focusing on schedule, developing contractual guidelines and measurement criteria. • Analyze contract management plans and contractual attachments, assessing the impact on project schedules. • Develop and maintain the project register and relevant information in the project portfolio. • Monitor the progress of project activities, including fabrication, construction and installation of pipelines, equipment and subsea systems. • Track deadline follow-up at fabrication sites, construction fronts and vessels. • Perform quantitative resource analyses for project implementation. • Set up and maintain projects in SAP, including WBS, physical and financial progress, activity replanning, cost management and time reporting. • Perform risk analyses, preparing reports and presentations for project managers. • Prepare and verify audit requirements. • Prepare and review technical and project management documentation, including engineering reports, scope statements, management plans, document lists, AFEs and material reports. • Review and record lessons learned, consulting prior project databases and identifying improvement opportunities. • Prepare monitoring reports and presentations, including histogram analyses and delivery follow-up reports. • Conduct project expenditure analyses, comparing against the baseline and identifying deviations. • Prepare follow-up reports for critical deliveries, such as well tie-ins, unit mooring/anchoring and equipment installation. • Gather information on material and equipment needs, required dates, procurement and delivery processes, existing contracts, issued purchase orders and material codes. • Control indicators for subsea tie-in and completion and availability of critical resources, preparing reports, action plans and result presentations. • Prepare presentations with analyses, charts and demand/availability information for materials and equipment (Power BI). • Support stakeholder management. • Review Communication and Social Responsibility procedures of contracted companies. • Provide project management consulting (scope, integration, communication, schedule, cost, resources, stakeholders and risks). • Provide technical support for consolidating information on integration, communication, resources, stakeholders and risks. • Lead meetings for monitoring, planning, anomaly treatment, interface alignment, client interface, discipline integration, governance and definition of responsibility boundaries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA registration (Brazilian Engineering Council).
  • IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat).
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera and MS Project.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • SAP (PS and MM modules).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience in Subsea Systems Project Management.
