• Recognized by clients as an Industry expert and familiar with the applicable NERC/FERC guidelines. • Plays a critical role in establishing technical direction and philosophy for Qualus organization. • Use load flow software such as TARA, PSSE or PSLF, and/or Powerworld. • Generate System Impact Studies and Transmission Service Request. • Ability to run Steady State studies. • Perform base case development for power flow analysis. • Perform model development for short circuit analysis. • Effectively simulate and analyze the performance of the client’s transmission and generation systems and their limitations and strengths under normal and emergency operations. • Provides leadership by assigning and reviewing projects or job tasks and mentoring of less experienced consultant engineers.

• Delivering medium and low voltage electrical design solutions for outdoor and unit substations, power transformers, protection and control schemes, and related EPC projects in both brownfield and greenfield environments. • Developing equipment specifications, reviewing field data, and performing system studies including coordination, short circuit, and arc flash analysis. • Collaborating with CAD staff to produce and update electrical drawings, and providing technical recommendations based on power monitoring data. • Acting as a Qualus representative, supporting sales during customer site walks and leading cross-functional interactions to ensure optimal project outcomes. • Resource planning, project kickoff participation, adherence to safety standards, accurate documentation for invoicing, and coordination with suppliers to meet material and equipment requirements.
