Role Description In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications within a modern Azure environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position requires strong hands-on development skills combined with the ability to contribute to system design, performance optimization, and overall application reliability. You will also play a key role in ensuring code quality, participating in code reviews, and following best practices in CI/CD, security, and testing. The role involves working in an agile environment, leveraging modern tools and AI-assisted development techniques to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and ASP.NET - Build and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure services and infrastructure - Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design decisions - Monitor system performance, capacity, and scalability; recommend improvements - Evaluate new feature requests for feasibility, effort, and system compatibility - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement - Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality code - Develop and execute test cases; identify and resolve defects - Ensure adherence to security best practices across development and deployment - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML - Collaborate with product and business teams to clarify requirements - Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes - Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and testing efficiency - Manage and update work items using Azure DevOps Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - 5+ years of experience in C# and ASP.NET development - 5+ years of experience working with Azure services and cloud infrastructure - 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or Data Warehousing - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML) - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Event Grid, and Azure Key Vault - Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as AAD / Entra ID - Experience with ARM templates - Front-end experience with React.js or Angular.js - Experience designing scalable and high-availability systems - Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices - Experience working in large, enterprise-level environments Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $125,000 – 130,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. • You'll work directly with the Product Lead • You get context, you make decisions, and you see the impact of your work within days • You'll spend your time building a full-stack app with the underlying agent orchestration, knowledge logic, feedback loops, and evaluation pipelines • A new product from the ground up using a modern AI stack • Autonomous AI agents that identify, plan, and execute tasks • Agent steering logic — deciding what to do, when to act, when to escalate • Evaluation and validation frameworks to measure whether the agent is actually getting smarter • Human-in-the-loop workflows where the AI prepares and the human decides • APIs, database logic, and deployment pipelines

• Responsible for defining and governing the end to end system and solution architecture for Remote Services platforms • Spanning IoT devices, connectivity, firmware management (FOTA), cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and enterprise integrations • Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to design secure, scalable, and resilient architectures • Enable remote diagnostics, monitoring, and over the air updates for connected products • Drive current state assessments, future state blueprints, and technology decisions aligned with enterprise digital strategy and standards

• Build and scale backend services using Node.js and TypeScript • Design and implement event-driven systems using AWS Lambda, SNS, and SQS • Develop and maintain APIs for web and mobile applications • Write efficient queries for Aurora MySQL and work with Redis where needed • Collaborate with PMs, designers, and developers on delivery • Participate in code reviews, planning, and architecture discussions • Debug production issues and improve system performance
