Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, delivering medium to large IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
- Experience managing scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project tracking and performance tools
- Understanding of P&L basics and business processes
- Ability to identify client needs and support business growth opportunities
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to handle ambiguity
- Experience in banking or fintech is a plus
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher
