Senior Financial Analyst
Nacre Capital
• Oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple geographies. • Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes. • Manage and monitor budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial audits. • Maintain accurate records and reports in QuickBooks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Contribute to multiple projects with enthusiasm and adaptability. • Supporting HR tasks.
Job Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Proven experience (4-7 years) in a finance, controllership, and/or accounting role; auditing team experience is an advantage.
- Experience with the established accounting firms such as Ernst and Young, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Philip Morris, and etc) is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse projects and collaborating across teams.
- Full proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience working with a start-up is a major advantage.
