• Drive Revenue: Independently deliver sales targets related to gross margin, new client acquisition, and conversion rates. • Own the Pipeline: Manage the full BD lifecycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to proposal and closing. • Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with creative, events, and strategy teams to ensure proposals are consistent and meet client needs. • Optimize Workflows: Identify opportunities to improve lead qualification, CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce), and pitch formats. • Consultative Selling: Engage in deep discovery conversations to understand client pain points and shape agency solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
  • Experienced in Gaming or Tech industry is a MUST
  • Candidate from both inhouse or marketing agency are also welcome to join
  • Highly fluent in English
  • Fluent Mandarin or Korean is a Plus
  • Confident in presenting to stakeholders and managing multi-market opportunities
  • Prepared to travel nationally and internationally as required
