Job Description

Sales Development Representative

NepTune

• Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (North America). • Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings. • Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close. • Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, LinkedIn) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene. • Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team. • Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year as an SDR/BDR or related experience
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient.
  • Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence.
  • Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events on occasion
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS (Low-code/software development platforms) or the SAP ecosystem (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ABM (6sense, Demandbase), CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), Sales Execution (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove) (preferred)
