• Partner with business stakeholders to optimize and support enterprise applications across CRM, ERP, and engineering systems • Own day-to-day application support for Salesforce and SolidWorks environments • Support underlying SQL Server databases and light server maintenance activities • Serve as a key technical liaison between business users and IT, ensuring application reliability, data integrity, and system availability • Provide configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and system administration for CRM and engineering applications • Support integrations and data flow between Salesforce, SolidWorks, ERP, and other business systems • Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend technology solutions • Assist with database management activities such as backups, indexing, and data integrity checks • Conduct system testing and regression validation for new features, integrations, and releases • Provide end-user training and support for new or enhanced systems • Develop functional and technical documentation • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure that all internal processes are followed correctly and consistently. • Assist in the creation of audit programs and plans for clients and upcoming audits. • Support evidence classification, review, and sampling activities. • Take detailed notes during audits and assist in preparing high-quality reports. • Send recap and follow-up communications as required. • Collect statistics and support KPI reporting. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels using professional language and terminology. • Maintain ethics, fairness, and accuracy in all audit documentation and reporting. • Protect the confidentiality of personally identifiable information (PII) and intellectual property (IP) belonging to both the firm and clients. • Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility in all interactions.
