• The Account Manager is responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the existing client needs, develop and strengthen relationships while managing sourcing and production activities. • Works closely with Account Executive and/or Director on account strategies to increase the Company’s service offerings to generate more revenue. • Collaborates with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities while building client relationships. • Identifies areas for service and process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ Years industry experience required.
  • Direct Client Support Experience, >$5MM in managed revenue
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel

  • Salaried Position, with expectation of needing to work over 40+ hours per week depending on the current Company demands.
