Resilience Analyst
Capita
• Support the Head of Resilience with programme activities with tooling (Continuity2) and ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business and support them with their requirements • Support the Group Business Resilience (GBR) Programme of Work (PoW) initiatives with support on Microsoft tools e.g. MS Forms • Support the implementation and management of suppliers. • Provide reporting to Heads of Resilience and Business Resilience team as required • Provide support and advice to Divisional SMEs and Business Units as required – primarily on C2 • Identifying and escalating risks and issues to the Group Resilience Director or Head of Business Resilience • Support the development and Implementation of the standards, tooling and programme of work – alignment to best practice and industry standards • Liaising and coordination with a wide range of stakeholders across Capita e.g. supplier teams, technology, property.
Job Requirements
- Academic: Degree or diploma in Business Continuity, Risk Management, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Exposure in Business Resilience, Risk, or Continuity.
- Knowledge (what must I know): Basic knowledge of risk management
- Willingness to develop resilience and risk knowledge
- Proven ability to building relationships – being able to both support and challenge senior business leaders
- Experience working with customer focused service organisations.
