• Lead statistical programming activities on clinical projects including complex projects • Provide support in the identification of changes in project scope and potential risks to contractual delivery • Specify, program and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets • Produce and review CDISC documentation • Ensure compliance to SOPs • Communicate effectively with internal and external project teams

• Maintain and support CA Plex-based applications across multiple environments • Troubleshoot production issues, defects, and data anomalies • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes • Design and implement enhancements within the CA Plex model • Develop and optimize SQL Server (T-SQL) queries and stored procedures • Maintain integrations with internal and external systems • Develop queries and data extracts for reporting • Document system changes, business rules, and technical processes

• Develop and maintain features in medium- and high-impact systems, ensuring code quality, performance, and security. • Actively participate in technical reviews, propose architectural improvements, and collaborate on evolving internal standards. • Investigate complex issues, implement efficient fixes, and contribute to the continuous automation and optimization of development processes.
