Senior Application Developer

• Maintain and support CA Plex-based applications across multiple environments • Troubleshoot production issues, defects, and data anomalies • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes • Design and implement enhancements within the CA Plex model • Develop and optimize SQL Server (T-SQL) queries and stored procedures • Maintain integrations with internal and external systems • Develop queries and data extracts for reporting • Document system changes, business rules, and technical processes

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of application development experience
  • 7+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
  • 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
  • 7+ years of experience maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Role Description This role provides a high-impact opportunity to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of critical cloud services across a large-scale production environment. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic ownership, driving automation, monitoring, and incident response to deliver consistently high-performing systems. Working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will influence system design, embed reliability practices, and lead cross-functional initiatives that reduce operational toil.
