Qualifications - Seniority: Semi Senior a Senior - Experiencia: +4 años en diseño de producto digital (UX/UI) Requirements - Entender a profundidad los problemas de usuario antes de diseñar. - Proponer soluciones, no solo ejecutar pantallas. - Colaborar de forma cercana con equipos de producto y desarrollo. - Diseñar experiencias completas (flujos, journeys), no solo interfaces visuales. - Tomar decisiones con base en feedback, datos o validación con usuarios. Responsibilities - Investigar y entender necesidades de usuario (entrevistas, testing, análisis de feedback). - Diseñar flujos completos, arquitectura de información y experiencias end-to-end. - Crear interfaces funcionales, accesibles y centradas en el usuario. - Proponer soluciones con criterio, justificando decisiones de diseño. - Trabajar con design systems y componentes reutilizables. - Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de producto y desarrollo en decisiones clave. - Crear prototipos funcionales en Figma (alta fidelidad). - Iterar soluciones con base en datos, métricas y feedback continuo. - Participar en validación de soluciones con usuarios y stakeholders. Technical Skills - Figma (prototipado, componentes, design systems). - Diseño de experiencia de usuario (UX) y diseño de interfaces (UI). - Arquitectura de información y diseño de flujos. - Conocimiento en accesibilidad y usabilidad. - Experiencia trabajando con design systems. - Manejo de metodologías de investigación (entrevistas, testing, etc.). • Develops innovative design concepts that are practical, aesthetic, safe and reflective of the intended purpose and function of the project • Prepares and provides assignments with a focus on keeping the project on schedule and within budget • Selects and specifies interior architectural materials and finishes, including furniture, lighting and artwork to carry out the design intent • Able to independently deliver design concepts and conduct programming efforts, such as space planning, layout and FF&E utilization, lighting and color coordination • Renders conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings • Participates in team meetings to align the project deliverables to the design intent and prepares and participates in client presentations • Prepares and updates documents during schematic design and the design development phases • Coordinates with the Purchasing Agent on bids and subcontracting fabrication • Assists with installation, and arrangement of the materials, finishes, and furnishings required • Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to incorporate all required information into the project • Implements and follows Wimberly Interiors standards for all projects and processes • Understands technical regulations and code compliance requirements • Completes technical research and prepare specification manuals • Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into projects • May mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff • Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service
