• Desempeñar funciones de Ingeniería DevOps en una aplicación basada en la nube, desarrollada por el equipo interno de desarrollo. • Diseñar, implementar y gestionar pipelines de despliegue automatizados, garantizando la integración continua y la entrega continua de software de alta calidad. • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para mejorar el rendimiento, la fiabilidad y la escalabilidad del sistema. • Participar en revisiones de código y aportar feedback sobre las prácticas y la implementación de Infraestructura como Código (IaC). • Demostrar experiencia en prácticas DevOps, junto con conocimiento sólido de herramientas y metodologías modernas. • Diseñar, implementar y gestionar pipelines CI/CD utilizando herramientas como Microsoft Azure DevOps. • Analizar métricas de rendimiento del sistema, identificar cuellos de botella y trabajar con los equipos para resolver incidencias. • Documentar los procesos de despliegue, configuraciones y metodologías garantizando transparencia y cumplimiento normativo.

Job Requirements

  • Titulación universitaria en Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado, o experiencia equivalente.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia profesional como Cloud Engineer o en un puesto similar dentro de la ingeniería de software.
  • Experiencia en la operación de componentes de Microsoft Azure Cloud, como (reverse) proxies, VNETs, bases de datos, App Services y Container Apps.
  • Experiencia en tecnologías y procesos de mantenimiento de infraestructuras, por ejemplo Terraform.
  • Experiencia en el ámbito de análisis de código (code scanning), por ejemplo con SonarQube.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de Azure DevOps y capacidad para comunicarse de forma eficaz con desarrolladores, con el fin de ofrecer servicios de consultoría a estas comunidades.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Git, incluyendo git mirroring y la gestión de conflictos de merge.
  • Experiencia trabajando en equipos ágiles, demostrando capacidad de adaptación y colaboración.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con una actitud abierta a asumir otras tareas y responsabilidades que puedan surgir en un entorno de trabajo complejo y dinámico.
  • Se valorará positivamente (Nice to have) Certificación Azure DevOps Solutions Expert.
  • Comprensión de los requisitos de negocio y capacidad para elaborar documentación técnica.
  • Capacidad para presentar y explicar los resultados del trabajo tanto dentro del equipo como a los stakeholders.
  • Conocimientos de lenguajes de scripting, como Bash y PowerShell.
  • Experiencia con metodologías ágiles de trabajo.

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to help build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in support of modern application development. You’ll work across Azure environments, supporting automation, monitoring, and secure delivery practices that keep applications reliable, scalable, and resilient. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation. - Hands-on experience with Azure services and administration. - Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep). - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS preferred). - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or equivalent). - Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). - Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including integrating security scans and compliance into pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
