• Providing technical leadership for large and complex architecture solutions. • Ensuring software solutions is within scope of business needs & solution interfaces with customer’s enterprise architecture. • Translating customer requirements into software specifications • Developing solution designs using CSG products are within the technological, financial, and operational constraints of the project, and that meets quality standards for performance, reliability and user experience • Perform detailed technical assessments and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the delivery teams implementing your solution to ensure that it realises your architectural vision, is delivered on schedule, and adheres to quality standards • Serve in a product owner role as needed in a self-organizing, high-performing team. • Perform ongoing client stakeholder management and consultation to ensure that they remain aligned with your solution throughout delivery • Contribute to the CSG delivery methodology to drive ongoing improvements on how we operate. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.

• Solution design and contribution to functional requirements • Development of maintainable, configurable concepts • Support for integration into the overall system • Maintenance of repositories and pipelines in Azure DevOps • Quality assurance through automated tests and documentation • Active participation in Scrum events

• Build and ship product features end-to-end using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, AI-agents, skills in Claude Code, etc.) • Integrate AI capabilities into the product (e.g., generation, automation, decision logic, internal tools). • Work with APIs, services, and data to create scalable and reliable functionality. • Continuously improve development speed and quality using AI tools, automations, etc.

• Write and ship high quality code. Contribute across the codebase to complete entire features and changes with support from the rest of the team. Continuously invest in demonstrable quality and reliability of the system via unit tests, automated integration tests, TDD and refactoring. Keep data management and security in mind at all times to protect customer privacy. • Contribute to a continuously improving engineering organization. Identify software quality, performance, and operational issues, including impediments to team-wide efficiency and work constructively with the team to address them. Define and improve our internal engineering standards and processes and exert positive influence on the objectives and tactics taken by the team. • Contribute actively to product iteration and development to ensure the company delivers a compelling experience to its customers. Generate ideas and assess the associated options and tradeoffs for how they impact the growth of the business and customer experience. Work across functional teams (engineering, marketing, product, etc.) to translate business and product ideas into software designs and releases. Product & Project Management skills and experience are a plus.
