• Data-driven process analyses: You analyze our Customer Management processes using modern analytics tools and identify concrete optimization opportunities. • Enhancement of reports: You improve and expand interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools (we use Tableau) so that management and teams can make well-founded decisions. • Process optimization and automation: You support the creation of business views in our databases, analyze customer behavior in a targeted way, and improve existing process scripts to make automation more robust and efficient. • Ad-hoc analyses and problem solving: You produce data-based evaluations, recognize patterns, and develop solution-oriented approaches to current challenges. • Flexible work: After your onboarding, you can work largely remotely. We meet once a month in our modern office in Düsseldorf.
Job Requirements
- Academic background: You are studying mathematics, economics, or natural sciences with a focus on mathematics, statistics, or computer science, or you bring solid technical knowledge—particularly in the area of databases.
- Technical know-how: You have initial experience with SAS, SQL, or Python. Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- Analytical strength: You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and with a strong awareness of quality.
- Interest in FinTech: You are interested in developments in financial technology and want to understand how data can improve lending and customer processes.
- Language: You have very good German skills and communicate confidently in English.
- Commitment: Ideally, you want to join us as a working student (m/f/d) for at least one year to gain valuable practical experience.
