Digital Products Sales Representative

• Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities within existing and new targeted accounts • Support customer onboarding, workflow analyses and optimizations, customer training and application support • Hold customer meetings, support sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations and product demos remotely, onsite and at tradeshows • Embrace Digital Solutions and drive further expansion of our digital offering • Provide input and support in Marketing and Business Development as well as internal and external training in partnership with the regional marketing team and regional commercial teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Engineering or medical background preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices
  • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market
  • Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets
  • Ability to make communicate complex IT environments to different audiences
  • Experienced working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in a Nordic language and English mandatory.

The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Sales & Account Management (CP-SAM) leads pharmacy benefit strategy for assigned Middle Market and Select Segment clients. This role serves as the primary pharmacy subject matter expert, partnering with Medical Sales, internal pharmacy teams, clients, and brokers to drive retention, growth, and integrated pharmacy solutions while leading an in-market pharmacy team. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead pharmacy strategy for the assigned market in alignment with corporate and local objectives. - Develop and execute market-specific pharmacy business and service plans to support financial goals. - Partner closely with Medical Sales leadership to support integrated sales and retention strategies. - Serve as the market lead pharmacy subject matter expert for clients, brokers, and consultants. - Retain the assigned book of business through proactive portfolio management and PBM pricing expertise. - Support new sales and renewals by leading pharmacy RFP, pricing, and finalist strategies. - Drive adoption of pharmacy programs and solutions that lower total cost of care. - Lead, coach, and develop Pharmacy Clinical Account Managers and/or Pharmacy Account Executives. - Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team resource alignment. - Ensure successful new client implementations, renewals, and benefit plan changes. - Act as escalation point for complex pharmacy issues in partnership with Service Operations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise partners. - Represent Cigna Pharmacy Management in market strategy meetings and local industry events. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: - 5+ years of PBM experience, preferably in a leadership or management role. - Extensive pharmacy background (pharmacist or non-pharmacist). - Strong expertise in PBM pricing, contracting, and financial strategy. - Experience with consultative sales and client management methodologies. - Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and execute market-level business plans. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. - Willingness to travel up to 50% (seasonal). - Previous people management experience preferred. - Knowledge of PBM clinical programs and specialty pharmacy preferred. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,700 - 202,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
