Talent Acquisition Manager – Dutch Speaking
AUTO1 Group
• Develop and implement the recruitment strategy for our Dutch organisation, covering roles ranging from operational to technical positions. • Manage two recruiters on a day-to-day basis and coach them in their professional development. • Work closely with two Talent Sourcers based in Spain, guiding them on priorities and ensuring optimal collaboration and results. • Together with various department managers and other internal stakeholders, you will align recruitment needs and contribute to workforce planning. • Monitor and analyse recruitment data to continuously optimise the process and manage based on KPIs and conversion rates. • Contribute to positioning AUTO1 Group as an attractive employer and proactively set up initiatives aimed at, for example, developing partnerships with schools and recruitment agencies. • Act as a sparring partner for management and serve as an ambassador for our recruitment policy, both locally and internationally.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- An affinity for a variety of roles – commercial, administrative and technical
- You take a data-driven approach to your work and are always looking for ways to continuously optimise your processes
- You have excellent communication skills (Dutch & English) and interact easily with various business partners
- You work in a structured manner and fit well into a team where everyone helps one another
