Junior Communication Analyst – People with Disabilities (PwD)
Experian
• Produce written content for various internal channels (news updates, announcements, notices, Teams messages, and executive communications) • Create and edit visual materials such as banners, presentations (PowerPoint), and layouts • Support and coordinate internal events (e.g., town halls), including invitations, scripts, communications, and organization • Perform basic video editing for internal communications • Manage and update internal communication channels • Organize incoming requests, maintain the communication roadmap, and prioritize activities • Collaborate with Marketing teams and related areas • Assist in interpreting basic communication metrics (views, reach, and engagement)
Job Requirements
- Higher education (currently enrolled or completed)
- Previous experience in communications (including internships and/or a portfolio)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with CapCut and Microsoft tools for video editing
- Familiarity with communication channels and tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Forms
- Knowledge of Figma
- Basic HTML knowledge for adjustments in newsletters or internal pages
- Experience managing communication metrics
- Experience organizing internal events and working with structured communication routines
- Understanding of storytelling and content structuring
