Director, Marketing Operations, Data Analytics
NMI
• Lead data management, performance analysis, reporting, and product segmentation reporting to derive insights, measuring marketing’s effectiveness on delivering, new logos, product extensions, customer cross sell and the effectiveness of associated campaigns and tactics (email, webinars, advertising, events, etc). • Develop compelling analysis, reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and insights to marketing stakeholders, the extended leadership teams, estaff and NMI’s Board of Directors. • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and tracking ROI for all marketing activities. • Ensure best practices for lead to loyalty programs are executed, and optimized. • Serve as the marketing liaison to sales operations, product operations and finance to ensure GTM effectiveness and insights across the portfolio to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM strategy and execution. • Ensure marketing has the right technologies, platforms and data from internal or external sources to efficiently and effectively drive revenue growth with product and sales. • Implement and enforce data privacy and security practices, ensuring all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in Marketing Ops/Analytics, strong leadership, proven track record in delivering data insight that drive growth. 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Prior experience in the payments, merchant services, or financial services (FinTech), SaaS industry is strongly preferred.
- Deep hands-on technical/analytical knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot), and analytics/visualization platforms (GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Sheets) for data modeling, analysis and trending.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams (sales ops, product and finance), manage projects, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Math, Analytics, Operations, or related field, with an MBA preferred

Role Description Schnabel Engineering is seeking a Project or Senior Geologist in our Greensboro, NC office. Remote applicants will be considered. We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team of more than six engineering geologists to support our efforts on interesting and challenging dam, tunnel, and geohazard projects across the United States. This position will consist of management of advanced geotechnical investigations with a focus on both existing and proposed dam, hydropower, and pumped-storage hydropower projects. • Managing full-lifecycle implementation of a payments industry CRM and Residuals platform, ensuring seamless deployment and successful adoption. • Acting as the subject matter expert within the Merchant Central Support team for handling tasks and requests pertaining to the Residuals module. • Solving residual calculation tickets accurately using Excel and the Merchant Central platform. • Interacting with clients over Zoom and email that have questions pertaining to residual calculations, and configuration updates. • Creating new mathematical formulas and verifying existing formulas to ensure that residual income calculations are being reported correctly on client sites. • Provide clear, professional guidance on using and configuring Merchant Central Residuals module, tailoring explanations to clients’ needs and varying levels of technical expertise. • Logging software issues, bugs or inconsistencies that are reported by clients using JIRA and Zendesk tools. • Creating visual mockups and written descriptions of suggestions for the development team related but not limited to the Residuals functionality. • Training and coaching new clients on the benefits of Merchant Central to ensure maximum adaptability and stickiness. • Taking interest in and educating yourself about the payments industry to be able to provide the most accurate and up to date information. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with a focus on Sales and Partner Experience to define data needs and implement data-driven solutions. • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Assist in conducting ad-hoc analyses and data extraction when needed.
