• Gestión de Recursos Humanos: Reclutamiento, selección y contratación del personal. • Coordinación de onboarding y administración de expedientes. • Creación, implementación y seguimiento de políticas internas. • Aplicación de evaluaciones de desempeño y medición de clima laboral. • Gestión de renuncias y actualización de organigramas. • Descripción y valuación de puestos. • Certificación y Cumplimiento: Gestión de procesos relacionados con certificaciones (ISO 9000 u otras). • Coordinación de requerimientos de protección civil y atención al personal. • Gestión Administrativa Operativa: Control y ejecución de altas, bajas y cambios en el sistema SGT y grupos de WhatsApp. • Actualización y mantenimiento de listas de precios de proveedores. • Comunicación interna con colaboradores y áreas clave.

Job Requirements

  • Preferentemente de 1 a 2 años en áreas de recursos humanos o roles similares.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión y plataformas colaborativas como SGT y WhatsApp.
  • Experiencia previa en procesos administrativos relacionados con proveedores y certificaciones.
  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología o área afín.
  • Administración de bases de datos y herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Normatividad laboral y certificaciones (ISO 9000 deseable).
