Sales Development Representative – Fintech

• Gestión de Leads y Base de Datos: Ejecución de campañas de contacto sobre registros ya identificados y segmentados dentro del CRM. • Cualificación Telefónica y Consultiva: Contactar con responsables de asesorías y despachos para detectar sus retos operativos y despertar el interés en la solución de IA. • Agendamiento de Demos (SQLs): Coordinar la agenda de los Account Executives, asegurando que los leads cumplen con los criterios de madurez necesarios para la venta. • Higiene de Datos: Mantener el CRM (HubSpot) actualizado con notas de valor, estados de leads y próximos pasos, asegurando que la información fluya sin fricciones hacia el equipo de cierre. • Optimización de Mensajes: Colaborar en la mejora de los guiones de llamadas y plantillas de correo en base al feedback directo del mercado.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia Previa: Mínimo 1-2 años como SDR o BDR en entornos B2B (preferiblemente SaaS o sector financiero).
  • Dominio de HubSpot (Valorado positivamente): Se busca un perfil que ya esté familiarizado con el ecosistema de HubSpot Sales .
  • Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelente capacidad de expresión oral y escrita, con habilidad para adaptar el discurso a un interlocutor profesional.
  • Mentalidad Digital: Comodidad explicando conceptos de tecnología, IA y eficiencia operativa.
  • Resiliencia: Capacidad para gestionar un volumen alto de actividad diaria manteniendo el foco en el objetivo de conversión.
