Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior data leadership role
- Ownership of the data warehouse
- Experience leading product analytics and/or BI
- Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments
- Experience leading and evolving data teams

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to conduct this valuable work in a fully remote capacity within the USA. This position is open to senior- and principal-level professionals, depending on experience. Responsibilities - Create Dashboards using Tableau with Databricks with both visuals (charts, graphs, etc...) as well as tables for end users to slice and dice data to gain insights to various business processes. - Demo work in small and large virtual settings, obtaining client and end-user feedback to enhance dashboards to meet business requirements - Within an Agile environment, collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, quality engineers, business analysts and product owners to ensure solutions meet client needs - Create and maintain datasets from disparate data sources and provide analysis there of using SQL and Databricks within an Azure Cloud Environment - Utilizing Tableau in a Databricks Azure Cloud Environment, create dashboards containing visuals (e.g.: charts, graphs) and tables that allow end-users to slice-and-dice data to gain insights to various business processes - Balance technical data architecture and data flows with end-user UX best practices - Tell stories with data; educate and instill confidence to motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations - Engage with Data Engineers to build-out next-level data infrastructure - Participate in GitHub code reviews and knowledge sharing, especially when building solutions within a business domain that other team members may not work in - Partner with customers, product owners and business analysts to gather requirements and/or mockup potential dashboard solutions. Basic Qualifications - 7 years’ experience in: Data and analytics projects using data applications to develop insights from large datasets. - US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply. - Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, analytics or other field. Preferred Qualifications - 2 years’ experience in: JIRA, GitHub and Confluence Statistical software and database management software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) Cloud platforms Relational databases and data warehousing (e.g., OLAP, dimensional modeling) Creating dashboards that contain visuals and tables using Tableau with Databricks. Creating and maintaining datasets from disparate data sources and providing analysis utilizing SQL and Databricks Agile methodology. - Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking. - Experience with data linking / advanced data management, combining data from different sources, automation, and deploying data science solutions at scale - Experience in data organization, cleaning, treating, etc.; knowledge of version control and reproducibility. - Prior experience in consulting and/or healthcare business segment. - Secret Clearance, nice to have but not required. • Collaborate with the Data and AI governance group, Data and AI board, and Digital Practice group to set the direction for the Lakehouse infrastructure. • Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational or project improvements. • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making. • Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Apply AI and machine learning methods, including generative AI, to support data and AI use cases. • Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineer, and the Digital Practice group to translate analytics into actionable recommendations. • Contribute to the growth of Parkhill’s data science capabilities. • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science applicable to the AEC and consulting sectors.
• Interpret raw data and form compelling narratives to draw meaningful insights that communicate our story and mission • Work with our Data Science team, as well as Product and Client Services, to shape Adelaide’s data into a clear and concise story • Help to formulate, develop, and optimize models in production • Help to support and augment our machine learning system to aid advertisers in buying efficient media • Support client management teams with data-driven insights based on millions of behavioral data points each day • Work with the engineering team to build efficient and robust data pipelines • Help direct experimental studies aimed at understanding advertising value across multiple channels and media environments
• Perform audience analyses • Evaluate marketing-related models, e.g., using spend, revenue and tracking data • Contribute to the standardization of processes for data collection and analysis and to the creation of reports • Support the preparation, analysis and visualization of data • Prepare presentations and assist with project work
