• Own executive-level delivery oversight for up to four concurrent client programs, ensuring quality, speed, and measurable outcomes. • Lead and manage Delivery Managers, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and escalation support. • Serve as a senior client partner, engaging regularly with C-level stakeholders to align on priorities, progress, risks, and value realization. • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts, identifying opportunities across AI, data, CRM, and automation services. • Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape proposals, delivery approaches, and commercial models. • Ensure consistent delivery standards, governance, and reporting across projects. • Oversee resource planning and allocation across delivery teams, balancing utilization, capability fit, and client demand. • Act as an escalation point for complex delivery, commercial, or stakeholder challenges. • Contribute to the evolution of TechTorch’s delivery model, playbooks, and best practices. • Support leadership in shaping account strategy, client roadmaps, and long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in consulting delivery, program leadership, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Strong background in consulting delivery leadership, ideally within firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously across different clients and domains.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Delivery Managers and senior delivery leaders.
- Strong commercial mindset, with hands-on experience in cross-selling and upselling within existing client accounts.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology domains, including AI initiatives, data platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP ecosystems.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating across Spain and/or the UK, with experience working across European and global teams.
