Lead Agentic AI Engineer
OLX Group
• Architect and develop an agentic AI platform. • Use this platform to implement the initial agentic workflows capable of automating complex processes in areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations. • Mentor more junior agentic AI developers to further expand such flows. • Work with a variety of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI, n8n, LangChain, etc.) to build seamless, integrated solutions. • Develop and deploy end-to-end solutions that include data ingestion, processing, decision-making, and action execution. • Fine-tune and customize AI models to meet specific business requirements, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of agentic systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness. • Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, workflows, and processes. • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on system performance and outcomes. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing systems.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript and similar.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, N8N, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, including autonomous decision-making and multi-agent architectures.
- Understanding of agentic integration patterns such as MCP, A2A and associated protocols.
- Knowledge of agent loops, tool usage, security, and orchestration of sub-agents.
- Understanding of LLM safety, observability, and evaluation practices, including guardrails, automated evals, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches for monitoring quality, reliability, and failure modes in production systems
- Proficiency in building APIs (Python, JavaScript/, Go) and designing large-scale systems.
- Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to design creative solutions for complex business challenges using AI and automation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work across multiple levels of the organization, in an international setting with different cultures.
