Salesforce Business Analyst
Exavalu
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and pain points. • Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements. • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Manage backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners. • Map business requirements to Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities. • Support solution design discussions with architects and developers. • Identify opportunities for automation using Salesforce features like Flows and standard functionality. • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices. • Analyze current state processes and define future-state workflows. • Create process maps, business workflows, and functional specifications. • Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities. • Recommend CRM adoption strategies and best practices. • Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership. • Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and solution demos. • Support UAT planning and business validation. • Provide regular updates on requirement status and changes. • Prepare test scenarios and support SIT and UAT. • Validate delivered functionality against requirements. • Support release planning and change management activities. • Assist with production support and issue triage. • Support FSC implementations including customer householding, financial accounts, and service processes. • Support Sales Cloud for pipeline, opportunity, and account management. • Support Service Cloud for case management and customer service workflows.
