Job Requirements
- 2-3 years in a Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst role, ideally in a technically complex product where domain understanding mattered.
- Comfort with statistics and statistical modelling.
- Strong communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply, whether to a data scientist or a CHRO.
- Client-facing experience and the confidence to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bonus points: Experience in HR Tech - especially compensation, analytics, or pay equity.
- A quantitative degree or background (statistics, economics, computer science, engineering).
- Deep understanding of regression modelling: assumptions, diagnostics, coefficient interpretation.
- Consulting or advisory background translating analytical work into client deliverables.

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Parts Solutions Manager . This is a remote work opportunity that can be based from a home office within the United States. Preference will be given to candidates residing within central US region such as Oklahoma City and/or Dallas to support territory. The Parts Solution Manager is responsible for strategy development, execution, and management of assigned territories to achieve Vehicle Group North America Aftermarket business objectives. More specifically, the Parts Solutions Manager’s (PSM) role is structured within the Aftermarket organization to grow Aftermarket commercial truck part sales. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key customers in the assigned territory including fleets, independent distributors, rebuilders, dealers, body builders, mobile hydraulic OEM’S and independent service garages.
