• Partner with GPOs, Corporate, Regional, and Sub‑Regional teams to understand financial and R2R needs and ensure accurate ERP process mapping • Work with Finance and functional stakeholders to assess requirements, align with SGS standards, and translate needs into functional and technical specifications • Define technical designs for customizations, extensions, and integrations aligned with business processes and accounting requirements • Analyse complex issues and propose effective end‑to‑end solutions • Support demand analysis and maintain visibility over backlog items, improvements, changes, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives • Provide functional support to Service Managers, clarifying service requests and ensuring solutions meet operational needs

• Gather and analyze business requirements across countries, focusing on P2P, finance, and payment processes. • Translate needs into clear, structured functional documentation aligned with Oracle EBS 12.2 standards. • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. • Support supplier onboarding, contract changes, and source‑to‑contract activities. • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Workstream Leads, and country teams to ensure alignment with the global ERP template. • Prioritize requirements, contribute to design documentation, and support user acceptance testing. • Assist in deployment, rollout, and post–go‑live support. • Ensure solutions meet global standards and local regulatory or compliance requirements.

• Act as the functional expert for Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting) • Support day‑to‑day operations, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities within the EBS R2R landscape • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional designs • Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and root‑cause analyses for incidents and change requests • Document functional specifications, process flows, configuration changes, and test scenarios • Coordinate and perform system testing, including integration testing and UAT • Partner closely with finance teams, Group Control, and local entities to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting • Work with internal IT and external partners to ensure stable and scalable solutions within the EBS environment • Support data analysis, reconciliations, month‑end activities, and compliance with internal controls • Contribute to transition planning as modules or regions migrate from EBS to the new ERP platform over coming years
