Job DescriptionThe Resource Service Manager (RSM) is responsible for the delivery of the Command Center Software (CCSW) Migration tasks per our customer’s contract. Through the management of the Project Managers, Technical Delivery teams, and Lifecycle Services teams, the RSM is accountable for the implementation, sustainment, and support of Command Center Software Maintenance contracts. Success is measured in terms of organizing and planning maintenance tasks per our customer contracts, on schedule delivery of those maintenance tasks, customer satisfaction, and establishing processes and procedures around continuously maintaining our customers.
