• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains. • Build and maintain Rust-based blockchain modules, such as on Substrate or Solana-compatible platforms. • Contribute to the design of custom blockchain protocols and token standards. • Write secure, gas-optimized, and thoroughly tested smart contracts. • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain components into products. • Conduct code reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments for blockchain code. • Analyze and improve the performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies, including new EIPs, cryptographic primitives, and layer-2 solutions.

• Deploy, configure, and manage blockchain networks (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana) • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS in line with best practices. • Administer and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for deploying blockchain nodes and related services. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and AWS CodeBuild. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Helm.

• Lead sophisticated offensive security engagements against systems managing digital assets. • Assess custody platforms, wallet infrastructure, signing services, and institutional trading APIs. • Identify weaknesses that could lead to material compromise of digital assets. • Research-led attack plans against environments used by institutional digital asset firms. • Define and implement methodologies for testing wallets, trading APIs, and smart contracts.

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners, ensuring alignment between partner objectives and Tether’s strategic priorities. • Design and execute high-impact growth projects in collaboration with blockchain partners to drive adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases. • Think strategically about how Tether can work with blockchain ecosystems to create scalable, sustainable projects that expand asset usage and circulation. • Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams. • Track, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness, ensuring initiatives deliver against defined objectives. • Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes. • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking initiative to identify new opportunities and drive them forward. • Support internal leadership with clear updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.
