• Own the company's most important commercial questions: what drives deal velocity, pipeline conversion, durable expansion, and where we're misallocating effort or capital • Conduct deep analyses that go beyond surface-level metrics • Proactively identify questions others aren't asking • Translate findings into concrete recommendations — and track whether they moved the needle • Share insights broadly to raise the analytical bar across the organisation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical/commercial role
- Commercial mindset: you understand deal dynamics, what slows them down and are able to spot bottlenecks before they occur
- Great communication skills: you bring data to life, simplify complex ideas, and write with clarity
- Proactive growth mindset: you are always looking for ways to improve
- Strong organization skills: you follow through, document and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Great stakeholder management skills: confident collaborating across all levels and disciplines
- Tech-savviness: proficient with modern SaaS tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Claude etc.)
