• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer coordination) • Build qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search. • Run structured phone/video screens; assess role fit; deliver crisp write-ups. • Keep ATS hygiene tight: post jobs, move stages, tag candidates, capture notes, and report funnel metrics. • Coordinate interviews across time zones and maintain timely candidate communications. • Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, JD updates, and process improvements. • Track and hit weekly KPIs (time-to-slate, submittals/week, response rate, on-time feedback).

• Provide clinical supervision to clients • Conduct caregiver training sessions • Maintain documentation and compliance standards • Collaborate with clinical team for treatment decisions
