• Develop and maintain custom Agentforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flow, following Salesforce best practices. • Create and optimize dialog flows, prompt templates, skills, and handoff logic using Agentforce's configuration tools and APIs. • Integrate Agentforce with internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect. • Implement platform-level features such as custom metadata types, platform events, and asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch Apex) to support scalable solutions. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and compliance standards, including HIPAA. • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, technical design, and code reviews. • Own technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of conversational failures or system errors. • Implement analytics and logging strategies to monitor bot performance and user satisfaction. • Support DevOps practices including SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building or supporting conversational bots (Agentforce preferred; experience with Salesforce Einstein Bots, Dialogflow, or similar tools acceptable).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and governor limits.
- Strong grasp of conversational AI concepts: intents, NLU, utterance training, fallback strategies, and session management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, Salesforce DevOps tools, and secure coding practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required), Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (Required), Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
