• Drive technical execution of the roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. • Collaborate closely with Product Management to manage the technical roadmap, helping to balance feature development, technical debt, and operational stability. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, communicating progress, managing expectations, and mitigating technical risks to ensure project success. • Be accountable for the quality of the team's deliverables and contribute to defining engineering quality standards and best practices. • Provide technical guidance and architectural context to unblock the team and ensure scalable solutions. • Attract, nurture, coach, and retain top engineering talent. • Develop career progression plans and provide regular, real-time feedback. • Ensure continuous learning and development through valuable training opportunities. • Help shape and execute the vision for the engineering organization.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Experience with Web and Native (iOS) applications.

The Staff Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping technical direction, driving architectural consistency, and solving the organization’s most complex engineering challenges. As a technical subject matter expert (SME), the Staff Engineer operates across teams and domains, influencing design decisions, elevating engineering standards, and providing guidance on complex system design and implementation.
