Il/Elle travaille dans le respect des méthodologies et du cadre technique en place, et réalise les activités de développement et d’intégration avec un niveau d’autonomie croissant. Il/Elle traduit les besoins fonctionnels en conceptions techniques et participe aux phases de configuration, de développement, de test et de mise en production des solutions ERP. Le poste nécessite également de solides compétences en conseil, notamment la capacité à interagir avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins métier et les transformer en solutions techniques adaptées. • Lead electrical application engineering for prefabricated platforms from concept through design freeze. • Design and configure prefabricated electrical systems including PDCs, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, and packaged controls. • Translate customer requirements into scalable, manufacturable electrical solutions. • Specify and size electrical equipment; develop one-lines, schematics, panel schedules, and submittals. • Own electrical BOM accuracy and identify cost, lead-time, and supply-chain risks. • Develop vendor-ready electrical requirement packages and support technical clarifications. • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, controls, operations, supply chain, and sales teams. • Support prototyping, FAT/SAT, and first-article builds.

• Lead development of prefabricated mechanical offerings such as fan coil units, chilled water skids, hydronic systems, and integrated assemblies. • Translate customer requirements and drawings into manufacturable, scalable solutions with clear BOMs and options. • Independently select and size fans, coils, pumps, valves, and piping, providing calculation packages and design notes. • Collaborate with electrical and controls teams on integration of VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, safeties, and BAS/EPMS points lists (BACnet/Modbus). • Partner with the Supply Chain Director, Ops Director, Sales, and President to align designs with vendor capacity, cost targets, delivery schedules, and customer needs. • Support prototyping, FAT/SAT, and first-article builds; troubleshoot issues and close gaps fast. • Produce and maintain datasheets, submittals, IOMs, and application guides under tight revision control. • Work with vendors and fabricators on tolerances, weld and piping standards, coatings, vibration, and QA/QC processes. • Contribute to IP development by modularizing platforms and applying DFM/VAVE principles.
