ROLE DESCRIPTION The Content at Scale team is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Operations Lead to drive and manage the execution, governance, and operationalization of Pfizer's enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategy and system. This role will ensure the DAM ecosystem delivers measurable business value by overseeing process mapping, implementation, ongoing operations, and optimization across markets. Serving as the central connection point across marketing, medical, regulatory, IT, and external partners, the DAM Operations Lead will translate a pre-defined strategic vision into executional reality - ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable content operations that are ready for an AI-enabled future. The DAM Operations Lead will oversee a team of DAM Librarians and Business Leads, manage process and workflow governance, and track performance outcomes against business KPIs. This role requires a blend of DAM product leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven accountability.
