Corporate Engineering BT Lead

• Establish and lead the India Business Technology team, scaling a world-class capability center aligned to ServiceTitan’s global BT strategy. • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, Workday and systems administrators, QA engineers, and support analysts. • Serve as the senior BT leader in India, building strong partnerships with North America BT leadership and key business stakeholders. • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions across Salesforce, Workday, and connected SaaS ecosystems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions that enhance billing, financial, and operational processes. • Oversee the full project lifecycle—including discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support—leveraging agile methodologies. • Drive adherence to architectural standards, governance practices, and data privacy/security requirements. • Ensure stability, performance, and accuracy across critical systems supporting quoting, contracts, billing, payments, tax, revenue, and post sales. • Build robust monitoring, observability, and automation capabilities to enhance reliability and reduce operational overhead. • Partner with North America stakeholders to optimize workflows, streamline system operations, and enhance the end-to-end user experience. • Establish and continuously refine SLAs, operational dashboards, and system health metrics. • Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specs, runbooks, and user guides. • Develop training programs to strengthen adoption and empower business teams to use BT systems effectively. • Strengthen and guide teams through DevOps and change management processes ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruption. • Hands-on experience with implementing AI platforms, tools and use cases. • Stay current with advancements in Salesforce, Workday, automation, integration frameworks, and enterprise SaaS technologies. • Identify AI use cases, conduct PoCs and drive adoption. • Proactively identify areas for optimization and lead initiatives to modernize BT systems, processes, and tools. • Foster experimentation, POCs, and forward-looking technology evaluations that align with ServiceTitan’s growth and scalability goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience working on Salesforce, Workday, and enterprise SaaS systems.
- AI first mind set and urgency to drive adoption
- Proven experience building, scaling, and leading technology teams, ideally in a high-growth global organization.
- Demonstrated success managing engineering, Salesforce platform, QA automation teams and system support functions.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration patterns, and platform governance.
- Experience with Workday Financials is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms / tools and experience in AI driven business improvements
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across billing, payments, contracts, tax, financials, and product usage.
- Proficiency with Agile and tools (Jira, Confluence and CI/CD) for enterprise SaaS.
- Strong command of Salesforce security, data privacy, compliance, and best practices.
