• You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition, with genuine scope to experiment and learn: • Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences) • Monitor and A/B test sequences • Qualify and nurture leads via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io • Track performance analytically and produce reporting • Create content for LinkedIn aligned with our news, offerings, and HR & Tech trends • Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot) • Monitor performance KPIs: open rate, clicks, impressions, conversion, etc. • Participate in organizing Tech/HR events, online or in person • Manage logistics and communications before and after events • Manage social channels: Facebook, Instagram, X • Create graphics using Figma, Canva, or similar tools • Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow • Optimize content for SEO (blog, product pages, etc.) and monitor A/B tests via Webflow • Create marketing assets (landing pages, visuals)
Job Requirements
- You are curious, analytical, and self-driven
- You are proficient with, or comfortable using, tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, Customer.io
- You can define a clear analytics approach (not just execute actions, but understand why and iterate to improve)
- You have a good eye for content and an interest in design or branding
