Role Description The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, with a strong focus on local lead generation for U.S.-based businesses. This is a highly hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Performance Max campaigns, Target CPA bidding strategies, and Google Business Profile integration. This is not a brand awareness role—the position is fully performance-focused, with direct accountability for lead quality, cost efficiency, and campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in generating high-quality leads (not just volume) in competitive local markets. - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses - Build, launch, and continuously refine Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with a focus on lead quality - Implement and manage Target CPA (tCPA) bidding strategies to control cost per lead - Leverage Google Business Profile and Google Maps placements alongside Search campaigns - Track and differentiate lead sources (GBP/Maps vs. Search) for accurate reporting - Provide clear, actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations - Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates - Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, beta features, and best practices Qualifications - Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses - Strong track record in local lead generation with measurable results - Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns, including optimization for lead quality - Deep understanding of Target CPA bidding strategies and cost-per-lead management - Experience integrating and optimizing Google Business Profile within Google Ads campaigns - Ability to track, analyze, and report on lead sources across channels - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Requirements - Voice/Video Recording is REQUIRED - Your application CANNOT be considered without a voice or video recording.
