• Lead modernization initiatives, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native, scalable architectures • Design and architect API-first ecosystems, including RESTful and event-driven APIs • Build and optimize event-driven architectures using messaging and streaming platforms • Define and implement API gateways for routing, security, throttling, and monitoring • Architect high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strong resiliency • Design end-to-end full-stack solutions across frontend, backend services, APIs, and data layers • Ensure strong security architecture, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and zero-trust principles • Drive deployments across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem/hybrid environments • Ensure responsive, intuitive user experiences compatible with desktop and mobile platforms • Establish architecture standards, scalability patterns, and performance benchmark

• Research and understand our products as well as SAP's and our partners' products in this area • Collect information from the Professional Services teams about missing or suboptimal functionality in the solution packages we currently use • Prototype solutions on a branched codebase of our software • Engage with partners to learn how we can leverage their technologies and innovate together • Advocate for and support the ongoing development of our analytics platform that analyzes systems (prior to their transformation)

About the role.  The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the VP, Regional Executive. The primary goal of this position is to develop and execute business development plans to drive PURE's growth in their specified territories. The ideal candidate must live within the territory, with a preference to be in the San Francisco Area. What You'll Do - Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers.  - Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure progress, and achieve established KPI’s.  - Identify, appoint, and effectively onboard new brokers.  - Implement strategies to increase production with the intent of writing profitable business.  - Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners.  - Proactively manage underperforming brokers, as needed.  - Build relationships and positive awareness of PURE among important COIs; and,  - Explore/advance new partnerships and programs to grow the PURE membership including; Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Risk Management firms, Real Estate, etc.  - Establish personal relationships with a network of influential PURE promoters who unsolicited and willingly share their enthusiasm for PURE with others.  - Actively participate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory growth and profit plan and oversee its successful execution.  What You'll Need - 5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or underwriting.  - A bachelor's degree is preferred.   - Frequent travel within assigned territory.  - Overnight travel may be required.  - Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.  - Comfort level calling on wealth advisors and other centers of influence.  - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.  - Agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations.  - Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, and inspire others.  - Demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.  - Extraordinary at multi-tasking.  - Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.  - Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.  - Consistently exhibit team spirit and enthusiasm.  ‌ What We Do We're a member-owned property and casualty insurer designed exclusively for financially successful families and driven by a purpose of doing what is right for our members. • Define the target architecture of the platform, including ingestion, storage, portal, mapping, security and operations; • Guide technical decisions related to real-time data integration, APIs, resilience and scalability; • Design the on-premises deployment model in collaboration with the client’s infrastructure teams; • Oversee the technical quality of deliverables produced by backend, frontend, database and GIS teams; • Define requirements for security, logging, backups, recovery and application hardening; • Contribute to the delivery plan, management of technical risks and the acceptance test plan; • Validate that the solution aligns with mapping, dashboard and data dissemination requirements; • Produce or review architecture documentation, technical diagrams and maintenance guidelines; • Participate in client workshops and support commissioning and knowledge transfer phases;
