Technical Systems Engineer, Level 2

• Identify and qualify opportunities early by partnering closely with the account team and understanding customer business needs • Design and architect solutions from simple to complex, collaborating with cross-functional teams • Deliver impactful product and technical training to Account Managers, distributors, and partners • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, owning all technical aspects of opportunities • Leverage CRM tools to provide clear updates, align teams, and actively drive opportunities forward • Translate complex customer challenges into clear, effective technical solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 8-10 years identifying and promoting network infrastructure equipment
- Datacenter and fiber knowledge including enterprise structure cabling, power, pathways, and cabinets
- Hands-on knowledge of Panduit or competitor product
- Experience working in sales or sales support role
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
