Principal Product Manager, AgileSec
Keyfactor
• Establish and communicate a compelling vision for AgileSec, aligning with company strategic objectives and the evolving landscape of cryptographic security, machine identity governance, and compliance (e.g., FedRAMP, PQC readiness). • Develop and maintain AgileSec’s product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives such as unified sensor architecture, advanced analytics, multi-tenancy, and seamless integration with Keyfactor Command and Cipher Insights. • Oversee the AgileSec product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring timely, high-quality releases for both SaaS and on-prem deployments. • Conduct deep market research and engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify emerging trends (e.g., PQC, SAST, CI/CD integration), competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs. • Collaborate with engineering, design, documentation, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric solutions. • Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Monitor AgileSec’s performance using data analytics and customer feedback. Drive iterative improvements, focusing on security, scalability, and user experience. • Serve as the primary point of contact for AgileSec, providing regular updates to executive leadership, field teams, and strategic customers. • Mentor product managers and cross-functional contributors, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management for security, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic technologies, machine identity management, and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics platforms.
