Role Description As a Sales Development Representative at Kimoby, you’ll connect with dealership leaders to understand their day-to-day challenges and show how Kimoby can support their operations. You’ll play a key role in expanding our North American market by driving outbound strategies, participating in strategic initiatives, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Using a consultative and curious approach, you’ll uncover real operational needs and help identify how Kimoby can address them. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. In this role, you’ll get to: - Connect with Service and General Managers across dealerships to understand their business challenges and identify where Kimoby can drive measurable impact. - Engage with 50–60 prospects daily through calls, voice messages and emails, blending research, creativity, and persistence. - Qualify opportunities using a consultative approach, uncovering pain points and needs around revenue, efficiency, and retention. - Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM (HubSpot), consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly activity goals. - Present our value proposition convincingly, highlight product features, and organize meetings to dive deeper into their specific needs. - Master our product and stay informed about the strategic challenges of the automotive industry to better advise clients. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer engagement (experience in the automotive and/or tech industry is a plus). - True “hunters”: naturally curious, competitive, and driven by results. - Excel in consultative conversations, with the ability to uncover needs and translate them into clear business value. - Resilient and coachable, taking feedback well and turning challenges into growth opportunities. - Motivated and proactive. About the Role Tebra’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical supporting role in the outbound motion, focused on targeted outreach, initiating first conversations, and feeding early-stage pipeline to Account Executives.
