Distinguished Cloud Architect, Finance – Azure Experience Required

• Define the multi-year cloud architecture strategy that enables OneStream’s transformation to a fully SaaS, cloud-native platform. • Establish and maintain architectural principles, patterns, frameworks, and governance models across all products and services. • Evaluate and guide decisions on global infrastructure, compute layers, storage, networking, resiliency, multi-region deployment, and sovereign cloud support. • Drive modernization of the OneStream platform, including containerization, microservices, distributed systems design, and cloud-native application architectures. • Lead architectural design of core platform services, APIs, data layers, extensibility frameworks, and Marketplace infrastructure. • Define and guide execution for foundational capabilities such as multi-tenancy, observability, security, event-driven workflows, and global high availability. • Serve as the organization’s leading expert in Azure services, cloud infrastructure, AKS, compute/storage optimization, and enterprise cloud security. • Architect scalable, reliable, cost-efficient cloud environments aligned with SaaS delivery and operational excellence. • Define performance engineering, capacity planning, and scalability strategies for large-scale, mission-critical cloud workloads.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or distributed systems leadership.
  • Proven experience architecting large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, container orchestration, distributed systems, and cloud networking.
  • Expert knowledge of compute, storage, database technologies, scaling strategies, and operational engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and identity management.
  • Experience guiding multi-year modernization or platform migration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive levels and lead across multiple engineering organizations.
