Role Description - Handle incoming leads from multiple channels (WhatsApp, website forms, events, among others), with a focus on conversion and opportunity generation; - Conduct consultative lead qualification, identifying profile, timing, needs, and business potential; - Perform initial assessments, understanding the client’s context and connecting their demands to the company’s solutions; - Ensure proper routing of qualified leads to the technical teams responsible for closing; - Act as the owner of the lead’s progression in the early funnel stage, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in the process; - Carry out strategic follow-ups with ongoing or unresponsive leads, increasing conversion rates; - Record, organize, and track all interactions in the CRM, ensuring visibility and pipeline control; - Monitor the progress of forwarded leads and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth commercial process; - Develop and manage communications with leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone, with clarity, objectivity, and a professional approach; - Navigate across different areas of the company to identify stakeholders and ensure proper routing of demands; - Analyze lead data and reports, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for funnel improvement; - Propose improvements to lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. Qualifications - Advanced or fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking); - Previous experience in pre-sales, SDR, inside sales, or consultative customer engagement; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct conversations strategically; - Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for lead qualification and opportunity identification; - Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously; - Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership over results; - Experience with CRM tools.
