Qualifications - Associate degree in a related field or high school diploma in combination with directly related work experience. Requirements - 2+ years of project management experience in the telecom/broadband, electric, energy, or utilities (transmission) industry. - Completion of at least 8 hours of project management training. - Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices related to PMO. - Experience leading and coordinating cross functional project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges early and drive proactive solutions. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Experience managing financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and invoicing. - Ability to translate technical details into actionable plans in broadband, OSP/ISP, and infrastructure projects. - Ability to adapt to change, drive and lead projects.
