Milvus
Role Description Responsável por conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas das oportunidades recebidas via inbound e da prospecção ativa de novos clientes. Atua de forma consultiva, realizando diagnóstico das necessidades dos clientes, apresentação da solução, negociação e fechamento de contratos. Também é responsável por desenvolver novas oportunidades dentro do ICP da Milvus, mantendo organização do pipeline e garantindo uma experiência de atendimento ágil e profissional ao cliente. - Gerenciar e conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas das oportunidades recebidas via inbound; - Prospectar ativamente novas oportunidades dentro do ICP da Milvus; - Realizar diagnóstico consultivo para identificar necessidades e aderência à solução; - Conduzir demonstrações da plataforma e apresentações comerciais; - Negociar condições comerciais e conduzir o processo de fechamento de contratos; - Realizar contatos multicanais com leads e clientes (e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp, reuniões online, entre outros); - Realizar follow-ups estruturados garantindo avanço das oportunidades no funil de vendas; - Organizar e manter atualizado o pipeline de vendas e registros de oportunidades no CRM; - Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing, pré-vendas e demais áreas para melhoria da qualidade dos leads e conversões; - Contribuir com feedbacks de mercado, objeções e oportunidades de melhoria para o produto e estratégia comercial; - Cumprir metas comerciais e indicadores de performance estabelecidos pela área de vendas; - Cumprir a jornada de trabalho e manter disciplina operacional na gestão do pipeline e das atividades comerciais. Qualifications - Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas B2B, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS; - Experiência em condução de negociações e fechamento de contratos; - Experiência com gestão de pipeline e uso de CRM; - Experiência em vendas consultivas; - Experiência com ferramentas de CRM; - Conhecimento em processos comerciais e gestão de funil de vendas; - Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas (SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC ou similares). Requirements - Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta - 09h às 18h (1h de almoço). - Nossos escritórios estão localizados nas cidades de Joinville/SC e São Caetano/SP - trabalhamos no modelo remoto, porém buscamos, preferencialmente, pessoas localizadas em SP ou SC, para facilitar possíveis encontros pontuais.
