• Work with IT partners to gain an understanding of the process, risks, and key controls and assist in updating applicable process documentation, including updating control descriptions, testing attributes and flowcharts. • Plan and execute IT process SOX testing and documentation activities with consistent quality, including testing of non-routine SOX controls. • Maintain SOX status trackers with internal stakeholders, the SOX team and external auditors, and assist in resolving the open items in a timely manner. • Assist with scheduling walkthroughs and calendaring meetings for SOX Annual Cycle. • Participate in key SOX special projects (System Implementations, Segregation of Duty Assessments, Fraud Risk Assessments). • Advise IT partners in designing new processes and controls. • Make recommendations regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. • Assist with deficiency remediation tracking and validate closure of issues. • Assist with managing SOX compliance software, AuditBoard. • Assist with providing routine training and support to process owners to ensure a thorough understanding of the SOX program, risk and control requirements; help prepare the process owners for walkthroughs and ensure timely delivery of all requested information for SOX testing. • Facilitate key SOX special projects (system implementations, significant business and process changes). • Build strong working relationships with business partners and external auditors. • Champion risks and controls considerations across the organization.

Position Summary The Rebate Reconciliation Analyst position will primarily be engaged in rebate reconciliation activities, payment analysis, dispute resolution, reserve analysis and other related financial analyses. Job Duties - Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function - Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers - Identify any late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract - Manipulate and Analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers - Reconcile payment data received with Invoiced amount to identify all items disputed by pharmaceutical manufacturers - Analyze and research all variances and disputed items and determine whether to accept or reject disputes - Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding variances and disputes - Update internal dispute tracking data file on a monthly basis - Perform analysis of required reserves on a monthly basis - Investigate and respond to questions/inquiries regarding the status of open balances - Ability to handle basic to intermediate data manipulation and analysis Required Qualifications: - 6+ months years financial or analytical experience. - Intermediate level Excel Skills including 6+ months experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Experience with contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, data-mining, cash reconciliations, and complex processes is beneficial. - PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products preferred. - Contract interpretation experience is preferred Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics preferred or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
