• Supports the successful execution of quality improvement initiatives and contributes to efforts that promote excellence in healthcare delivery • Assists the Project Manager with healthcare quality projects, performance improvement activities, and related initiatives • Works under close supervision to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, helping assess process or product performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Performs routine audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to established quality standards and helps identify core areas where enhancements are needed • Drafts regular quality reports while presenting findings and communicating trends, performance, and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience or project support experience
- Proficient in Excel skills including formulas, data and cell manipulating
- Proficient in PowerPoint skills including creating slides, presentations, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives
- Good business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal

The Credit Analyst evaluates customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial and credit data to minimize risk, manage credit exposure, and support sales growth.
