Role Description We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across major social platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, community building, and turning insights into action, this role is for you. What You’ll Do - Develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Manage daily content scheduling, posting, and monitoring on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. - Create, curate, and edit compelling content (graphics, video, copy) aligned with brand voice. - Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities. - Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate community relationships. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals. - Analyze performance metrics using tools like HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or platform-native analytics. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategy. - Manage paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization. - Strong understanding of major platforms and content best practices. - Experience with scheduling/analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. - Excellent copywriting, content creation, and attention to detail. - Strong analytical skills and reporting experience. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with paid social advertising and A/B testing. - Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing. - Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). - Experience in community management and reputation monitoring.
