__Summary:__SP6, a fast-growing cybersecurity Professional and Managed Services organization, is seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator** to support the successful delivery of client engagements. In this role, you will help manage customer-facing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. __**How You’ll Drive Success:**__ Work collaboratively to support Professional Services (project-based consulting) to facilitate proper project: - Kick-off - Delivery and reporting - Closeout - Hand-off to accounting As a Project Coordinator at SP6, you will be responsible for working with SP6 engineers, external customers and other internal team members, including sales, to help drive successful customer engagements. This is a diverse role that will include: __New Client On-Boarding__ - Ensure proper documentation is in place prior to project kickoffs, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) with customers - Schedule new customer kick-off meetings - In kick-off meetings, ensure that customers are aware, and have in place, all necessary project prerequisites (hardware, software, needed stakeholders are available during scheduled days and times) - Work closely with customer stakeholders and SP6 consultants to validate all project requirements and deliverables __Project Oversight__ - Monitor project progress through review of Daily Status Reports produced by consultants - Ensure that project deliverables are met - Escalate issues as needed, whether with internal SP6 team members or external customers - When necessary, with Professional Services leadership, put in place plans of corrective action to ensure deliverables are met __Project Closeout and Reporting__ - Ensure project closeout documents are completed and reviewed by approvers (project Review and Recommendations Document / RDD) - Email and collect Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat documents) __Cross Department Communication__ - Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external teams including sales, services, accounting and other teams __Process Improvement__ - Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements that will continue to mature SP6 Services operations; and as a result, the customer experience - Direct internal teams use of standard departmental policies, processes, and documentation guidelines for consistent and successful delivery.

Job Requirements

  • __**To Be Successful:**__
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
  • 2+ years in a product/services IT Company.
  • Experience working with leadership at Enterprise companies.
  • SIEM knowledge is preferred. (Splunk is even better!)
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Highly customer oriented with a track record of building successful relationships
  • Self-starter with strong presentation skills and good verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust to dynamic situations
  • Effective communication skills to both internal and external teams
  • Great elicitation skills; being able to ask consultative questions to extract critical information necessary to make sound recommendations

Key Responsibilities - Execute projects that impact the company’s growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. - Lead the commercialization process for new product launches. - Own the Stage Gate process for projects; defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. - Coordinate artwork review and packaging hand-off to vendors, working and communicating directly with our customer’s design agency, customer contacts, internal team, and broker partner. - Be accountable for new products and product maintenance ensuring 100% accurate part set up. - Meet internal and external partner specifications and product requirements, including completion of production specifications in customer portals (examples include GORP, PROSPEC, Gateway). - Collaborate across internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Sales) and work with external contacts (suppliers, co-manufacturers, and vendors) to ensure programs are launched on-time and in-line with project objectives. - Serve as project lead to ensure cross-functional team members understand and work toward accomplishing the business vision, goals, and objectives. - Manage and communicate detailed project trackers to the extended team. - Promote urgency to hit established timelines. - Provide project status updates and flag issues to leadership. - Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings to ensure teams are completing tasks according to agreed project timelines and facilitate discussions to manage and mitigate project risks. - Learn and develop a strong working knowledge of industry, products, packaging, production lines, and the processes necessary to commercialize products across our manufacturing network. - Ability to travel up to 20% as needed throughout the year for various activities including team off-sites, our annual company off-site, first production runs, and production trials as necessary. Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years in CPG Project Management or related business function. - Experience leading cross-functional project teams, experience with Stage Gate processes a plus. - Exposure to new product commercialization and startup procedures. - Experience managing private label branded products and working directly with customers. - Extremely strong organization skills, detail-oriented with strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - An enjoyment for working in a team environment with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and lead projects.
